Innovative Realty supports the cause you fight for!  When our clients do business with us we are eternally grateful.  One way we thank you for your business is by making a donation to the charity of your choice.  It could be a charitable organization, social welfare organization, business league, fraternal society, veteran's organization or even an employee's association.   We care passionately about our communities and the people who live and work in them and we have pledged to make a strong commitment to strengthen and support the people of San Diego.  When you use our real estate or mortgage services, Innovative Realty will donate 10% to your charity! Now that you have oodles of cash from being a savvy real estate investor, you want to give some of it away to better humanity. Or maybe you just want a tax write-off.  We don't judge; giving is giving, and the people to whom you donate will always be appreciative, regardless of your motives.

Of course, we will take the tax break of making this donation but the donation will be submitted on behalf of you.  Whether your motive is Mother Theresa-ian (charity) or Donald Trump-ian (taxes) we believe our communities and neighborhoods need our philanthropic support.  Whether it is getting out there with trash bags and picking up the trash in your neighborhood or pulling out the checkbook and making a heartfelt contribution - we don't judge.  The people who benefit from our philanthropy need the help and we are happy to do what we can.  When you do business with us please be sure to direct us where you would like your charitable contribution to be made.
